make install-libs

To:

make install-libs && gzip -d /usr/info/libext2fs.info.gz && install-info /usr/info/libext2fs.info /usr/info/dir

I'll add the 'install-info' command, but no need to gzip the info file

i meant no need to gunzip it. info does it automatically
