Description
The current description of the cpanp-run-perl script is: "Perl script that (description needed)".
The script is a wrapper used exclusively by CPANPLUS. Whenever CPANPLUS::Dist::Build runs a build script, it uses the script defined in the "perlwrapper" config setting (cpanp-run-perl by default) to run it. cpanp-run-perl ensures that any script it calls runs with STDERR unbuffered.
