Fixed by the upgrade to Zlib-1.2.4 in r9229.

It looks as though the upstream maintainers have moved the 1.2.3 tarball after releasing 1.2.4. I'm testing 1.2.4 now (see #2606) which will have the effect of fixing the link as well. For 6.6, I'm not sure there's much we can do; upstream's sites are outside of our control so released versions of the book can't always be assumed to be accurate. You can grab the tarball from http://anduin.linuxfromscratch.org/sources/LFS/lfs-packages/6.6-rc1/.
