Stable book packages on LFS ftp

Description

On the LFS ftp download mirrors, the packages for LFS 6.6 are in a "6.6-rc1" directory, and the package tarball is also labeled "6.6-rc1". I think there aren't any differences in package versions between the rc and the final release, but we don't want any potential user confusion about the book/package versions.

The 6.6 packages are now in the master repository. The mirrors should sync soon.
