/etc/sysconfig/udev_retry is correct. It is a configuration file that is installed, but not documented in the book.
Leaving open until we add the documentation.

It turns out that the /etc/sysconfig/udev_retry configuration file *is* documented in the second paragraph of Section 7.4.2.2 -- Udev Bootscripts.
Added the config file to Appendix D at revision 9709.

Yes, it's wrong, but /etc/rc.d/init.d/udev_retry is wrong too. I'll figure it out and fix it.
