/usr/bin/tzselect: line 68: /usr/share/zoneinfo/iso3166.tab: No such file or directory
/usr/bin/tzselect: time zone files are not set up correctly

It's part of tzdata package. Just install it there. User just pointed this out. I had it installed, since I used other method for building tzdata.
