There is one bigger udev change where even changelog mentions that it has gained hwdb. I am unsure if that is another program or built in stuff. I suggest you check it out first.

Updated cfg.h for systemd source changes. Moved hwdb initialization from the Makefile to the book. I'm pretty sure the build is correct now so I'm closing the ticket. Either reopen or create a new ticket if new problems are noted.

This should be fixed at revision 10050, but I'm going to hold off closing the ticket until I get confirmation that the build still works properly. There were several changes needed to Makefile.lfs.
Note that a DESTDIR install will not properly build hwdb.bin because the directory it uses for sources, /lib/udev/hwdb.d, is embedded in the code.
I also updated the Makefile to avoid rebuilding everything if the dependent files have been properly built.
