http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/lfs/view/development/prologue/package-choices.html is missing an entry for Bc.
As far as I know, Bc is used to generate the timeconst header for the Linux kernel since the kernel devs moved away from perl to generate the header starting at linux 3.9.
