Description
The url for shadow has been down for about two months. We need to point to either anduin or another source like ubuntu.
http://anduin.linuxfromscratch.org/sources/BLFS/conglomeration/shadow/shadow-4.1.5.1.tar.bz2
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archive/primary/+files/shadow_4.1.5.1.orig.tar.gz
Note that this 2nd is a gz file with a different md5sum and the file name has an underscore where there should be a dash.

The launchpad file naming is required for Debian packaging.
You can get the same file from cdn.debian.net, which is geodns based:
http://cdn.debian.net/debian/pool/main/s/shadow/
Unless you want to point to anduin, this one might be better choice than launchpad url.
