There also need to be a System V boot script for dbus in the lfs bootscripts.

Removed dbus from the book at revision 10557.

Builds/installs OK, but the rendered man pages and docs are not included in the tarball. They cannot be generated in LFS because of missing xmlto and doxygen. We need to create a tarball with man pages/docs and install that as a part of Chapter 6.
