For each package in the book, we have a bug allready assigned to it. When a
new version of said package is released, the standard process is to update the
bug allready assigned to it. It's a little easier to track the changes that
were made this way, not to mention, keeping the bugs db fairly sane.
So if you plan on updating versions for software in bugzilla, please try and
use the the existing bugs first, before creating a new. Thanks.
