Removed the warning about $LFS/etc/passwd since it no longer
applies. I couldn't find anything of equivilant threat to replace
it with (perhaps "umount $LFS/usr" ?).
Gerard, please provide more information with the bugs you report,
such as a URL to a ML thread, etc. Simply saying "Fix chapter 2
about $LFS" seems more like a personal reminder than a bug
description.
