Summary: linux-6.2.3 → linux-6.2.4

Now 6.2.4. Don't try 6.2.3 because it contains a bug causing kernel panic when you unmount a partition on a USB storage device.

6.2.6 (and a new 6.1.x release) for serious slowdown issues on AMD Ryzen systems (see ​https://www.phoronix.com/news/Linux-6.1.19-LTS-6.2.6). This is experienced by users who have older versions of AMD's BIOS installed (it was fixed last year), and causes stuttering.
