Description
New minor version. Release notes at https://mesonbuild.com/Release-notes-for-1-1-0.html. They are mainly useful for for developers of meson.build files. One thing that may interest us is that options may now be in a file named meson.options instead of (or in addition to?) meson_options.txt.
