netkit-base installs ping manpage in Sec. 8, but it should be in Sec. 1

Description
ping is installed as /bin/ping, but the manpage as /usr/man/man8/ping.8
As ping (per installation) is a user program, the manpage should be in /usr/man/man1/ping.1
(Sidenote: Solaris has ping in /usr/sbin/ping, but the manpage in Sec. 1. What a mess.)
