Hi,

it would be nice to add a "--sysconfig=/etc" flag to the build of inetutils in the lfs-cvs book. At the moment the inetd looks for /usr/etc/inetd.conf.

the inetutils-sysklogd (if built) also looks for syslogd.conf in /usr/etc if we change over to inetutils-sysklogd this current behaviour will cause problems

also add --localstatedir=/var as per suggestion of greg schafer
