splitted lfs commands

Description
Since LFS 4.1, the LFS commands have been splitted, which makes copy&paste extremely cumbersome. The change was made on the grounds that the book would be more easy to understand, but in my opinion, when reading LFS 4.0 or LFS 4.1, it does not make any difference; and I really loathe having to cut&paste (for example) 4 separate lines when just one nice block could do the job.

The plan is for the lfscmd program to split out the commands, and hopefully the XML rewrite will make this easier.
