Disabling arpd doesn't work for me anymore 

arpd.c:39:36: error: 'ARPDDIR' undeclared here (not in a function)
   39 | char const      default_dbname[] = ARPDDIR "/arpd.db";

Going back to 6.8.0 fixes the problem
