The man pages have been uploaded to anduin. I'm in the process now of running a test build, but I don't have any of the other packages in my build

I'd like to consider doing this earlier than mid-September because of https://github.com/systemd/systemd/commit/f5376fea7de173e9369e8af569fc6ecabd0d7282, https://github.com/systemd/systemd/commit/b2df49a87b17ba79b6e97d87199ceb1e4cbdb5de, and https://github.com/systemd/systemd/commit/11c15905cd4759b89a1da63d05772c1f7c3744a4
While we might not use import (affected by the third commit), some of our users who use VMs or containers often might. The big one to me is the second commit, where only a single inhibitor block has it's authentication checked (even if multiple are passed). This may need a bug fix in elogind as well: https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/33834
