Version 3.10.1

  • The sdist of flit_core now includes the corresponding tests. These were missing in 3.10.

Note that we don't have the modules in LFS to run the tests, so for us this is a noop.

Fixed at commit ac024e87c3. 

Added binutils-2.43.1-upstream_fix-1.patch.
Update to flit_core-3.10.1.
Update to expat-2.6.4.
