Summary: typo - LFS r12.2-32-systemd → iproute2: "queueing discipline" or "queuing discipline"?

The upstream man page uses "queueing discipline."

Various online dictionaries say both queueing and queuing are correct. Thus IMO we should be consistent with the upstream documentation.
