If the host does not support devpts, or doesn't have the filesystem mounted,
then chapter 5 make checks will fail. We do not want to mess around with the
host kernel, so we need to note that the checks will fail in the book.

Added a note to the dejagnu page about the need for devpts to be properly supported, and also a note to the glibc page regarding /dev/shm issues.
