  • Systems without asprintf are now supported through the use of gnulib.

  • ftpd: Expanded documentation of user authentication rules.
  • syslogd: Fix a stack-based buffer overflow (CWE-121).
  • syslogd: Log 'DEL' control characters as '^?'.
  • Fix codespell typos.
  • README and NEWS now uses markdown syntax.
