Description
The following pages require updating
Inetutils installation (chapter06/inetutils), Inetutils Appendix (appendixa/inetutils), Appendix B (appendixb/appendixb),
to remove the references to the following programs
whois, ftpd, inetd, rexecd, rlogind, rshd, talkd, telnetd, tftpd, uucpd
as the usage of --disable-whois and --disable-servers means they are no longer installed.
