gcc-3.3.1-specs-2.patch needs update for gcc-3.3.2

Description
The gcc-3.3.1-specs-2.patch does not apply cleanly to a linux.h file in gcc-3.3.2. However, the fix looks like it would be fairly simple. If I had my system completely up and running, I'd send a patch, but I don't have it ready yet.
