"pass messages to the System Log Daemon. do not install it because Util-linux"

Only added this as the bug has been open already.
The text about the --disable-whois should probably be using command tags for the whois program. Notice earlier in the explanations for logger, the logger program is using special tags. Perhaps the whois program should be enclosed in the same tags.
