Chapter 19 bind "utilities" instructions need three additional steps:

make -C lib/bind9 make -C lib/isccfg make -C lib/lwres

All of these need to be done before building "dig".

While the update is being done, we might also make mention of rdnc-confgen instead of the given values for rdnc.conf and named.conf secret. The replaceable brackets are easily missed when blasting through the instructions. Fortunately, it doesn't take but about 5 seconds to notice a problem after starting it. :-) Also, AFAICT, no patch necessary as we pass the -c option in the bootscript anyway, and no additional named.conf found after install.
