Description

Version increment (3.0). Hopefully they squashed all the xpdf relate vulns in this one, though there's no explicit mention of it in NEWS.

The readlink patch is no longer needed. The renamed the tetex readlink to prevent conflitcs.

Ed is still required.

Flex patch is no longer required if the flex-2.5.31-debian_fixes-3.patch or flex-2.5.31-debian_fixes-4.patch are applied to flex

Build instructions do not need to be changed.

Upgrading the priority on this bug until the BLFS download locations are fixed. Currently they are broken. The files are available, however the links need to be updated.
