Description
The Cups instructions needs to provide commands to create a 'lp' user, as the lppasswd program is set to lp:sys ownership by default. If the 'lp' user doesn't exist, word has it that 'nobody' is then used, and if 'nobody' doesn't exist, then the installation ultimately fails.
