Description ¶
Noted in the Qpopper instructions are commands to add to the syslog.conf file some logging stuff for Qpopper.
But only for installations using inetd.
For those using xinetd, the instructions don't include the logging changes.
Perhaps the logging stuff should be pulled out of the inetd section and put in a separate section after the inetd and xinetd instructions.

Updated the instructions to include a separate section to modify the syslog.conf file and SIGHUP the daemon.
