Updated this bug to "Blocker" status as the update requires a new patch. As is the PAM instructions right now won't look for the cracklib dictionary in the right place.

The patch should reflect that the cracklib dictionary is now installed in /lib/cracklib/pw_dict.* and no longer in /lib/cracklib_dict.*
