Updated BLFS to rsync-2.6.5 and corrected the man page reference.

As reported by Jeremy Huntwork in the blfs-dev list, the Rsync text includes a reference to an rysncd man page. However, there is no man page for rsyncd. The text should be changed to reflect an rsync.conf(5) man page instead.
