Reopening this bug as the 1.15 is now a stable version.
Additionally, the text in the BLFS book should reference the package the same way as the developer does; 'little cms'. Only the tarball is referenced as lcms. Everything else is 'little cms'.

Updated BLFS to little cms-1.15 and changed the text references of the package name from Lcms to little cms.

I'm marking the bug as invalid as I'm not sure this release is a production release. Here's my thoughts:
1) Everything on the web site says that 1.14 is the current release 2) All the docs in the tarball say it is a 1.14 release 3) This bug was dated the 8th of August, yet I just downloaded the tarball on the 11th of August and there are directories and files dated the 10th of August. This tells me the tarball is being updated as the maintainer makes changes.
All of the above point to this 1.15 version being a development version
