New minor version

Very long time since the last release of this particular package, but it seems to come with a meson port, changes for soup3 compatibility (soup2 still supported), and the oauth2 fixes that are needed for tests to work.

It seems g-o-a in GNOME 42 will still needs 0.7, unless they can finish the work in three days (before the "Hard Code Freeze").

We'll need -Dexamples=false -Dgtk_doc to avoid unnecessary dependencies.

I've been able to determine that gfbgraph is no longer used for gnome-maps (and hasn't been for over a year now). That package is incompatible with rest-1.0, and since it's no longer used, I will archive it when I commit this update.
