It wants ​https://github.com/commonmark/cmark (I guess this package will allow you to compsite mails with Markdown). We can disable it with -DENABLE_MARKDOWN=OFF or add cmark into BLFS.

-DWITH_GWEATHER4=ON is needed for #16268.
