Updated BLFS to GCC-4.0.2.
Decided against updating the binary version of Ada used to bootstrap the GCC Ada compiler as the GNU GPL version of GNAT available from https://www.gnuada.org/ requires setting up an account and logging in before you can download it. The version we use works well and is freely available from Anduin (among other places).
