Description ¶
In the KDE add-ons instructions there is no introductory text telling readers what this package is used for. Additionally, the installed programs are not explained either. There is no way that readers can figure out what the package is for without downloading and exploring. Seems we can make it easier than that.

Yes, several of the additional KDE packages do need descriptions. However, kdeaddons isn't easy to add one to because it doesn't really install any extra programs - it mostly, well, "adds-on" to existing KDE programs. For example, it provides additional options if you right-click a file in Konqueror.

Added intro description paragraph to all KDE packages that did not have one.
Noted that most of the KDE packages do not have introductory text, or an explanation of what the packages are for. The Editors Guide lists this as something that should be included.
