Description

This will allow us to get rid of a few packages, and move to a version that is more actively maintained. It also gives us the added advantage of adding Wireplumber, which will allow for some better pipewire integration on both SysV and systemd systems.

After this I think we should drop libchamplain and clutter{,-gtk,-gst} from the book. Anyway libchamplain is already disabled in the book instruction for evolution, and all of these 4 packages are already deemed obsolete by the upstream.
