Breakage in latex2e of texlive 2024 needs rebuild of source

Description

Apparently, the 'afterpage' package was broken by a recent commit before 2024 was released. That package has been part of core latex2e since that started.

Two fixes have been made in upstream branch2024 and the binaries have been rebuilt.

The source is at ​https://git.texlive.info/texlive/Build - that is about 493 MB, the full source of the parent texlive/ also includes a Master/ directory which is itself 12GB and not required for the rebuild. In branch2024 there are two commits after the branch was created (which was on 14th March) to fix this:
