It's currently broken by libxml2-2.13.0: ​https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/33302

I guess both breakages are bugs instead of intentional changes: ​https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libxml2/-/issues/733

I'll revert to libxml2-2.12.x if we cannot get an upstream fix soon.
