Updated BLFS to GnuCash-2.2.0
Commented out the entire GNOME-1.4 section. Changed the last couple of remaining (optional) depencies of GNOME-1 libs, to the GNOME package depot instead of book links.
GNOME-1 is officially dead in BLFS now.

Could gnome-1 be removed after this? I can't recall all the gnome-1 clients in the BLFS book.
