Added commands to the BDB instructions to download and install four upstream patches

There are now 4 patches that need to be applied. BLFS (unlike LFS) will have instructions to download the patches from upstream, rather than using a locally-created patch, as it is my opinion that upstream could modify the patches (without renaming them), rendering a locally-created patch wrong (or worse, insecure).
