fontforge now needs gtkmm-3 when building the GUI

In fontforge-20251009 gtkmm-3 is now needed if GTK-3 is installed and it builds the GUI:

--   Package 'gtkmm-3.0' not found
CMake Error at /usr/share/cmake-4.1/Modules/FindPkgConfig.cmake:639 (message):
  The following required packages were not found:

   - gtkmm-3.0

This is new in CMakeLists.txt for it:

if(ENABLE_GUI)
  find_package(GDK3 3.10 REQUIRED)
  find_package(PkgConfig)
  pkg_check_modules(GTK3 REQUIRED IMPORTED_TARGET gtk+-3.0)
  pkg_check_modules(GTKMM REQUIRED IMPORTED_TARGET  gtkmm-3.0)

Since GTK-3 is recommended for fontforge, gtkmm-3 should be also.

I agree, thank you for the report! I think we'll move gtkmm3 to required since Fontforge isn't really useful without a GUI and you have to explicitly disable it (which isn't an option that we cover).
