Version increment to 1.5
Also, LFS uses the --disable-ifconfig option (not sure why). I don't know if we *should* use it, but we need for sure to mention that it will clobber the one installed from Net-Tools if it is present.
Note that this package should not be merged into the 6.2 branch, as LFS-6.2 uses inetutils-1.4.2.

Updated BLFS to Inetutils-1.5. This update should not be merged to the 6.2 branch.

I am the one who instigated the --disable-ifconfig after discovering that 1.5 started shipping ifconfig. There will be a ticket in the closed LFS tickets. The clobber took me by surprise and I also learned that the inetutils version of ifconfig does not work with the usage of it in dhcp.
Clearly a BLFSer could decide to use either as they saw fit.
As I understand it, LFS decided that they didn't need ifconfig at all since they use ip in their bootscripts.
