Hello, As of version 1.7.2., the configuration files are installed in "/usr/share/pam" so the warning about reinstallation overwriting files could be removed.
I also noticed that the description includes "unix_update", which from looking at the meson.build is only built if selinux is installed.

Fixed at r12.4-1146-g90911f8dee and r12.4-1162-g3324339477.

Seemingly a lot of files from /etc/security were moved to /usr/share/pam. Seemingly the folder is still installed on build but there is nothing in them, I'm assuming that means that files in there are now only user configurations (as /etc should be) I will remove the warning as this Message does seem correct.
