  * Don't return an error code if a binary file is skipped.
     Reverting change in 7.5.3, bug
     https://sourceforge.net/p/dos2unix/bugs/21/
     Aborting conversion to skip a binary file is not an error.
  * Refactored code. Simpler dos2unix algorithm.
  * Refactored code. Split conversion functions.
  * Makefile: Fix make dependencies for man pages generation.

Fixed at 1ca0794f75.
