need to change the line chmod -v 754 /etc/dhcpc/dhcpcd.exe to rm /etc/dhcpc/dhcpcd.exe or better mv /etc/dhcpc/dhcpcd.exe /etc/dhcpc/dhcpcd.exe.sample
This is a sample file that only logs to local0 (via logger without a path) and is intended only as a sample file.

dhcpcd now uses /etc/dhcpcd.sh for it's modification script and the sample included in the tarball is no longer installed by default as of 3.0.19. Closing as bug is now invalid.
