kdeadmin-3.1 missing instruction

Description ¶
To get kdeadmin-3.1 to build with the "--with-shadow" option, I had to first do "cd /lib && ln -s ../usr/lib/libmisc.so libmisc.so" (before running the "./configure" command). Otherwise (just following the instructions on the BLFS page for kdeadmin-3.1), configure complained that it couldn't find /lib/libmisc.so, even though /usr/lib is in /etc/ld.so.conf (and ldconfig run after installing shadow).

I installed shadow-4.0.3 as specified in http://lfs.130th.net/view/4.1/chapter06/shadow.html and then later reinstalled it as specified in http://beyond.linuxfromscratch.org/view/1.0/postlfs/shadow.html (I had no problems in either case).

I have updated the shadow instructions in blfs to match those in lfs. This should fix the error. If not, reopen this bug.
What were your commands for installing shadow?
Generally it is better to discuss bug reports in the support lists first, more chances of getting a response.
