Description
This has nothing to do with the thread of last days about libvirt, but the autoreconf command in libtirpc does not expand the macro PKG_CHECK_MODULES if pkgconfig is not installed. Of course the generated configure is bogus, and bails out after a few tests.
At first, I believed it was due to the new versions of automake/autoconf recently added to LFS SVN. But downgrading to the former versions did not improve. Building pkgconfig first does solve the issue.

pkgconfig is listed as a required dep, but the xml roll was wrong.
