I have just upgraded it from 6.7.9-0:

If you do not mind, Randy, I will keep upgrading this title/summary, yet knowing that not all versions will be in the book, just to keep us informed. I also miss some versions, as you can see.

Added --without-magick-plus-plus because all the tests and demos for the C++ wrapper fails.
